  • Payslip Access
    Allows employees to securely view and download a comprehensive digital breakdown of monthly compensation at any time. It ensures transparency by detailing basic salary, recurring allowances, statutory deductions, and net pay, reducing the need to visit the HRMO payroll section.
  • Daily Time Record (DTR) Tracking
    Enables employees to monitor time-in and time-out logs to ensure attendance accuracy. It provides real-time access to assigned shift schedules, helping personnel stay informed and avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Leave Management
    Streamlines the time-off process by allowing staff to submit formal leave applications directly through the system. It features a real-time tracker for remaining leave balances, enabling employees to manage their credits responsibly.
  • Document Request
    Simplifies administrative tasks by enabling personnel to file digital requests for vital documents, such as Certificates of Employment (COE), official payslips, Service Records, or Certificates of Leave Credits. This eliminates manual paper routing, ensuring faster processing by the HR department.
  • Overtime Work
    Facilitates the submission of pre-approved requests for hours worked beyond standard duty to meet hospital operational needs. Once authorized, the system automatically converts these hours into earned Compensatory Overtime Credits (COC).
  • Compensatory Time-Off (CTO)
    Allows eligible employees to apply for paid time off by drawing from their accumulated COC. This provides a seamless way to request and track rest days, ensuring a balance between extra duty and recovery.
  • Personal Records
    Empowers employees to maintain accurate employment files. Personnel can securely update personal details—such as contact information, civil status, and educational background—and upload supporting certificates or training documents for HR validation.

Note: The services listed above are primarily available to permanent employees of MRH. For non-permanent employees, the DTR remains the sole available service.

MRH-ESS Portal is developed by the Integrated Management Information Systems Section of Margosatubig Regional Hospital (MRH-IMISS).
