We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to the users (“you”) of the MRH Employee Self-Service (“MRH-ESS”) Portal, ensuring that your data is safeguarded in compliance with national laws and industry best practices in ICT. Your personal data will be retained for the duration of your employment at MRH. After your employment ends, a retention period will apply as outlined in MRH policies. Once this retention period expires, your data within MRH-ESS will be securely and digitally disposed of. Following disposal, all data associated with your MRH-ESS account will no longer be accessible, retrievable, or processed.
